Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Nimble Agence (referred to as “Nimble” henceforth), your provider of digital goods and services. Please carefully review our policies regarding refunds and exchanges before making any purchases. Our offerings are intangible, non-returnable, and easily replicable, making it essential for you to understand our terms.


Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility and Conditions: Once Nimble has fulfilled and delivered your purchased product or service, refunds will not be issued. It’s your responsibility to familiarize yourself with our refund policies before making a purchase, as our digital goods cannot be returned once delivered.

  2. Exceptional Cases: In rare instances where there’s a compromise in the integrity of the product or service, Nimble will grant a 100% refund if requested before delivery. Additionally, first-time customers can avail a full refund if they are not completely satisfied, in accordance with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

  3. Timeframe for Refunds: Refunds are not applicable for purchases made before June 1st, 2015, or after forty-five (45) calendar days from the initial payment date. Certain services, such as bulk hour purchases, marketing campaigns, SEO services, site speed services, graphic design services, and shared screen training services, are also exempt from refunds.

  4. Review of Policies: It’s imperative to review Nimble’s policies prior to purchasing. Any misunderstanding of these policies on the consumer’s part cannot be attributed to Nimble Agence.


Eligibility for Refunds

Nimble Agence will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  1. First-Time Customer Dissatisfaction: First-time customers can claim a full refund if they are not fully satisfied with our services, as per our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

  2. Major Defects: Customers must notify our Technical Support Team within 72 hours of receipt if a major defect is identified. Nimble has 72 hours to rectify the issue, and failure to do so results in a full refund. Customers also have the option for a replacement product, subject to access being granted for issue resolution.

  3. Product Description Discrepancy: If a product doesn’t match its description, customers must report the issue within 7 days of purchase and provide evidence. Refund requests solely based on expectations or desires will not be entertained.


Refund Request Process

  1. Submission Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial transaction and must include a detailed explanation.

  2. Terms and Conditions: Refund requests that conflict with Nimble’s terms and conditions will not be honored.

  3. Additional Requirement: If a refund exception is approved, it will only be processed upon receiving a signed Waiver of Copyright from the customer.
